We wrote an entertaining (we hope) "user's manual" for guests. It's updated with each visit, as we discover new things. It's well-illustrated, too. Here are two new pix:
You may well wonder why a series of sweat-stained ball caps are hung from the staircase at the entry. It's to remind you that this part of France is HOT as Tucson in the summer ... and heat stroke is a real possibility if you don't cover up and stay hydrated (water, not wine). Also at the foot of the stairs are a couple of beach bags, with towels and such. Because, unlike Tucson, the beaches of the Mediterranean are just a few towns over.
Under the bed in the master suite are deep drawers that contain hiking gear. Feel free to use anything you find there. We laid out the contents of a single drawer on the bed, so you can see what's in the inventory.
