In honor of Midland, TX. Served upon request by Gut Bustas. It's named for that part of TX where I was stuck Wednesday overnight; plane broke. Gut Bustas custom tailored my debut order. It consists of a layer of beans, a single hotdog sliced lengthwise, cheddar cheese, beef burger, bacon, fried onions, and blue cheese dressing on top, between buns. Home run. The Oil Patch. Ask for it. Mike's still refining it.
