I have an idea for when/how to release a new "tips" e-newsletter.
I'm going to wait until the opening rate for the current issue reaches 39% before I send the next. The top opening rate consistently is 40% ... eventually. Maybe if there's a little starvation, the ones that didn't delete but haven't opened will finally say
