France Oct 2012: Didier the baker, Joyaux empire

Didier of the Red Door favorite bakery in France, now purveying guimauve (marshmallow bars) in flavors such as whiskey and pastis; a cold, windy, rainy day calls for a fire; a last errand to the local post office, seeking a refund for the paint we lavished on the hallway; and when we return the rented Orange modem to the Auchan mall, Simone spots her empire, at the Swarovski store (a proud RI company).
