Today at breakfast, eating toasted baguettes thick with local honey, we considered: How much math do we use as fully employed adults? I took a full dose to graduate high school: algebra, calculus, solid geometry. Today, I add, subtract, divide, multiply, and work out the occasional percentage. All of which I knew by, what? The 7th grade, maybe? Stop the madness.
